CSA Student Leadership Team/Jr.Faculty/Studio Crew 2020/21 Application

All Center Stage music, dance and theatre students entering 6th grade & up can apply to join the Student Leadership Team. In order to apply to be a part of Jr. Faculty or Studio Crew, students must also be a part of the Student Leadership Team.

All applicants must complete this online Student Leadership Team application and can request to join at any point throughout the 2020/21 season.

Applications for Jr. Faculty need to be submitted by August 5, 2020 before the new season kicks off! Please ensure you complete the extra Jr. Faculty questions on this application as well.

Interested in being part of “the Crew?” Complete the Student Leadership Team application and be sure to check the box for "Studio Crew". Please note- there are a limited number of Studio Crew positions available each year!

I understand that upon my selection to the Center Stage Student Leadership Team, I become an ambassador of Center Stage and a role model for my fellow students and those younger than me. I will adhere to the policies and procedures of the studio including dress code, promptness to class, and proper behavior and etiquette at all times. I will aspire to uphold the studio culture to encourage, inspire, be positive and uplift others. The final decision on Student Leadership Team members will be left to the discretion of the Center Stage Faculty. I understand that if I am selected for the Junior Faculty Program my attendance of classes/shifts for which I am assigned will be mandatory.  If I must miss work I will call as early as possible to notify the studio.  I will also maintain an exemplary attendance record for my own classes.  As a student ambassador, I become a role model for my fellow students and those younger than me.  Excessive absences may require my removal from the Junior Faculty program. I will adhere to the policies and procedures of the studio including dress code, promptness to class, and proper behavior and etiquette in my classes as well as those with which I assist.
