By becoming a part of our empire of proficient writers, you accept and agree to abide and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Terms and conditions:
1. Deadlines are sacred! You must be ready to work efficiently and deliver within specified turnaround time. Our turnaround time will vary per project but on the average, it is 1-3 days.
2. You must be ready to take your first assignment as soon as your final evaluation is completed and successful.
3. You will acknowledge receipt of every email, message and project instruction as soon as it is received.
4. You must take instructions appropriately, carry out adequate research (if applicable); and write high quality and remarkable content/copy.
5. We frown at plagiarized content (we’ll run all content through Copyscape) and low-quality deliveries.
6. All contents must be checked thoroughly for grammatical errors and plagiarism before submission.
7. Submitted write-ups will be subjected to our lead writers/copywriters review before delivering to our client.
8. You have transferred full ownership of all write-ups upon delivery and as such no longer your copy.
9. Late deliveries without appropriate prior notice will not be accepted and may lead to the termination of your services with us.
10. You will be ready to revise any of your writing projects within an agreed time frame.
11. Regularly, you will make researches for self-development and hone your skills; learn writing in other categories (if you are willing). Relevant and insightful resources will be provided as we find appropriate.
12. We pay our writers per word and (where applicable) per project.
13. The payment as stated in 12 above may vary with the writing category, the volume of work and research needed on the job, the client, the brand we are writing for, their industry, turnaround and other factors as the case may be.
14. We pay at least N1 – N4 (Naira) per word depending and but not limited to the reasons listed in 13 above.
15. We expect that you should be willing to work towards our motto of “creating relevant and remarkable content for our clientele home and abroad.”
16. Your payment will be made immediately our client reviews and accepts your deliverables, this may take between 0 hours to 3 days (remember a lot of them are in a different time zone).
17. Kindly note that we will not pay upfront except in the case of our lead writers.
18. For the purpose of 8 above; upon delivery of your content, you have granted a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the delivery for Permitted Commercial Purposes. All intellectual property rights of your delivery are hereby assigned to our client upon receipt of your payment.
We only welcome passionate and excellent writers who have their eyes only on client satisfaction and skill development.
We will NEVER withhold your payment after your delivery is well received and accepted by our client.

Please read this privacy policy carefully to understand how we use your personal information. If you do not agree with Our Policy, your choice is not to work with our team as a freelance writer.
By agreeing with our TOS, you agree to our Policy. Our Policy may change from time to time. If there are any material changes to how your personal information is used, we will notify you.
Your continued work as part of our team after we make changes are deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check Our Policy periodically for updates.
At F-PRO Writers we care about your privacy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not disclose it to others except as disclosed in this Policy or required for our internal tools and mechanisms; post reviews and so on; or where we have a legal obligation to do so.
We collect information that you provide to us, and also some general technical information that is automatically gathered by our systems, such as contact and location details on our recruitment form, educational background, and profile details to enable you to have a better user experience and a more personalized recruitment experience.
We will not share information that you provide us in the process of the recruitment including your contact information - except as described in this Policy.
Contact and profile information that is gathered by our systems, or third-party systems, automatically may be used for brand operation, analytics, and enhancement of user and recruitment experience.
We may use your information to contact you - to provide notices related to your activities or offer you general updates. Your personal information may be stored in our systems based around the country and may be processed by third-party service providers acting on our behalf.
