Welcome to Full Throttle Gaming (FTG) official Ban Appeal Form! This is for members who were previously ranked Private or above whom left the community or were banned for one reason or another. This form is sent directly to the Higher Ups and Community Leaders and is asking for access to be re-recruited into the community!

Please note that Ban Appeals take time to process! Constant messages to current FTG members asking about your appeal will prolong how long it takes for it to be processed. Please give us 1 to 3 weeks to process your appeal! It may take more time if it is around an important holiday.
