SoNo Fest 2022 Community Partner Participant

The SoNo Fest Committee is seeking community and youth development organizations to participate at the festival! This year's event will be held on Sunday, December 4th, from 11am - 5pm at 32nd & Thorn Streets (rain or shine!) in North Park. Please be very certain you are available on that date before you apply to participate.  

Community Partner Participants provide educational, cultural, athletic and/or artistic related programs in San Diego. If you have a youth development business we encourage you to be a participant in the Kid Zone.  We especially encourage past McKinley ASE partners to join in as we have many new families that have not had an opportunity to see what you offer.  

You are welcome to sell product or services and provide information about registering or participating in your organization at your booth.  Our one request - is that you have an activity for the kids. If you think you might need help in your booth to keep activities going smoothly specify the number of volunteers you might need and we will recruit on your behalf.

PAYMENT
The committee is looking a variety of community & youth development programs and will be selecting participants based on program type. If your application is approved you will receive an invoice and payment will be due within 14 business days.

Please note that participant space fees are non-refundable, as long as the event takes place. This is a rain-or-shine event.

If the event is cancelled due to pandemic concerns or city/state orders due to the pandemic, participants will be refunded 80% of their booth fee. All tent rental fees are fully refundable in this case. Thank you for your participation!
