For weddings - what is the color scheme of your wedding? Are you using golds or silvers? Is there a theme to your wedding?
My arrival time is about typically a few hours prior to the spread needing to be ready, will I be allowed into the venue or space early? *
I do ask that you provide the table and table cloth for the Grazing Table- if you would like one (I do bring my own block paper so it will not stain the table cloth). Please click yes to acknowledge that you can be responsible for this. *

I provide bowls, boards, stands and serving utensils (tongs and cheese knives) needed for the spread, unless you would like to use your own and specify otherwise! However, I do not provide plates, napkins, and utensils for the guests. Please Acknowledge you can be responsible for this. *

My catering services does not include staying during the event and/or tearing down. My time I invoice for is for setting up. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that The Charcuterie Shop's serving utensils/bowls/boards are accounted for and returned within 9 days of the event. If not returned within the allotted time, customers will be charged an additional $25/day until they are returned. Please acknowledge your responsibility for this.  *

Cancellation Policy - the deposit is nonrefundable. 

You will receive a 75% refund if cancelled 3+ weeks before event, a 50% refund if cancelled 1+ weeks before the event, a 25% refund if cancelled 2+ days before the event, no refund if cancelled the day of or day before event.

We will send a quote to you promptly; a friendly reminder that our Owner & Creator works a 9-5 job outside of running this small business, so you should hear back within seven business days! There is no automatic invoice or response you will receive right away (so don't fear that your form didn't go through :)! Everything is done manually and individually to provide you with the most personal experience and correct information!

If you would like to move forward with your quote (or after customizations have been made), The Charcuterie Shop will follow up with a contract. You will have an allotted amount of days to complete and sign your Charcuterie Shop contract, as well as make a nonrefundable deposit (which goes towards your total invoice). We would love to be a part of your day and celebrations, but we do get multiple inquiries daily. If you do not sign your contract and make a deposit by the specified date, your spot will not be reserved and may be given to another individual.
