SICB 2022 is requiring vaccines for attendance at this year's meeting. However, if you are requesting an exception (non-approved vaccines, religious, medical reasons), please fill out the form below. Anyone who wants to provide a covid test in lieu of vaccination must have an approved exception. For questions, please contact MRobinson@Burkinc.com
