#GetInCamp 2022 - The journey begins...
Hello!

We're really pleased that you are considering supporting the event team at Warwickshire Scouts. Our next big calendar event is #GetInCamp 2022 and the planning process starts now!

We rely on volunteers to make our adventures happen - from working out where everything will go, to figuring out how to entertain 3000+ young people, planning the opening ceremony, manning car parks, assisting with activities in the programme zones and everything in between (the list would go on forever!). In fact it took just over 68,000 volunteer hours to make #GetInCamp 2018 happen safely and successfully.

Interested in lending a hand? All we ask for is for your time, a smile and commitment to give our young people the best possible experience.

The world has changed massively since we last enlisted adults to come together to plan an epic Warwickshire County camp! We want to ensure every adult that gives up their time does so in a way that is both enjoyable and meaningful to them, whilst utilising their skills fully. As such we’d ask that everyone interested in helping (new & returning) fills out a short form to capture your skills, desires & experiences.

The data you submit will be accessible to Warwickshire county Scouts members and stored securely using cloud services, and on local machines. It will be used to communicate with you about future Warwickshire Scouts events. If at any point you would like this removed then please let us know by contacting ask@getincamp.co.uk

If you have any specific questions, please email eventvolunteers@warwickshirescouts.org.uk

Please apply by Saturday 14th November 2020
