FORM TO ADD AN ACTIVITY TO THE SHIN KAZE CALENDAR
  • This form is used to provide information on an activity to be published on the Shin Kaze calendar.

  • When published, the information appears in 2 forms:
    1) as a summary on the Activities List, and
    2) in detail on the individual page for the activity.

  • To access the Activities List click on the Activities tab on the Main Menu.

  • The summary on the Activities List is an excerpt of the information provided herein.  It displays a thumbnail of the poster, the description of the activity, the instructors and the date the activity takes place.

  • The individual page for the activity displays all information provided herein and is accessed by clicking on the summary of an activity in the Activities List.

  • All activities are published in Spanish and in English. Shin Kaze handles the translation.

  • Fields with an asterisk (*) are required, the rest are optional.

  • Fields for which no information is provided will be left blank when publishing.

  • You can change or update the information at any time by re-submitting this form or by sending an email to shinkazeaikidoalliace@gmail.com.
