2021-2022 Elementary Transfer Request Form
In extenuating circumstances, a student or parent/guardian may submit a petition for a student to attend a school outside of their attendance area. Barrington 220 School Board Policy requires parents to submit annual requests, the petitions will only be approved in extreme situations. These requests are submitted to Dr. Craig Winkelman, Assistant Superintendent of Operations and K-12 Schools for consideration.
To help expedite the process, we have developed this form to assist you in providing the necessary information, The deadline for all requests is FEBRUARY 28, 2021.
Please note: a separate form must be submitted for each student.
