RESERVATIONS:

 

All New Clients will need to book as a New Client Haircut which allows us 60 minutes to ensure a thorough consultation. This will result in a 60 Minute Haircut charge. All First Time Color Services will require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. The deposit price will then be taken off of your color service the day of your appointment.


As a courtesy, we send out text reminders as well as email reminders 1 week before your appointment. You are invited to call us at 617-776-6470, text us at 844-305-5606, or email us at christine@hairbychristineandco.com anytime to confirm exact times, exact services or to answer any questions you may have. Please put all your appointments in your calendar, as text/email reminders are a courtesy and should not be relied on as your sole appointment reminder. A missed reminder is not a reason to cancel under 48 hours or no show for your scheduled appointment.


TARDINESS:


We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. Depending on how late you are running and your scheduled service(s) , your stylist may need to shorten or reschedule your service. If we can not accommodate your services due to a late arrival, you will be charged up to 100% of your service before you can reschedule your appointment. This does count as a same day cancellation.


CANCELLATIONS:


HAIR by Christine & co enforces a strict cancellation policy. We require at least 48 hours notice for all service cancellations, reschedules and service changes. There will be a 100% fee for a missed service. No shows will automatically be charged 100% of a missed service and will not be permitted to book services unless paid in full. By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the policies of our salon.


A non refundable deposit will be required for clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, arrive late or change the services they have booked. We reserve the right to refuse clients for future appointments if they have violated our cancellation and Tardiness Policy.



Our Policy + Protocol Form is mandatory to be reviewed, signed and submitted for all new clients. This must be filled out as close to your scheduled appointment as possible. You will receive the link to this form prior to your appointment.


We send out a courtesy text reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not receive a courtesy text reminder for any reason, the fee will not be waived if you do not abide by the Cancellation Policy. 


We do require your credit card information to keep securely on file before we can book your service appointment. By scheduling an appointment with us you give us consent to charge your card on file if you violate our cancellation and other policies. Another appointment will not be permitted to be scheduled until the fee is paid and cleared.


PRICING:


We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.


You may be charged for extra color, product and time needed to complete your service. If you have any questions about pricing, please contact us before your scheduled appointment.


GRATUITY:


Gratuity can be left with your stylist by cash, venmo or a check written directly to your stylist. We are unable to leave gratuity on credit cards.


SERVICE ADJUSTMENT/REDO:


If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for your stylist to make adjustments as long as you contact us and schedule within 7 days of the original service date. The adjustments must be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, if you feel that the stylist is unable to provide the adjustments necessary, an exception may be made and the adjustments may be scheduled with another stylist. If the chosen stylist for the redo is a different Level in pricing, You may be charged the difference.


The salon owner is not available for redos or adjustments for clients that are not their own. 


Only slight adjustments will be allowed. Any service changes or add-ons will be charged. Changing your mind on the services provided will be booked and charged at service cost. 


Let your stylist know if you need any adjustments before you leave the salon. 


Consultations are extremely thorough and important so please, ask as many questions as you need to, to make sure you and your stylist are on the same page. Photos of hair inspiration are 100% necessary and welcomed.


MONETARY:


HAIR by Christine & co accepts Cash, Check & Venmo as preferred service payments. Visa, Master Card, and Gift Certificates are also welcomed.



REFUND:


We do not offer refunds on services or products, including gift certificates.

We do not offer discounted services.

Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.


OTHER TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT:


We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Do not wear expensive items to your appointment. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost clothing and accessories. 

Respect our right to keep a quiet atmosphere for all guests. Take all phone calls outside, and silence your ringtone.

We do not have a parking lot. Metered street & 2 hour street parking is available.

Understand that a trim and a haircut are the same price, same timing and require the same steps to complete.

Blow-dries are complimentary with your cut services. Forgoing a blow-dry will not change the total price.
