COVID-19 is a potentially life-threatening infection that can develop both symptomatically and asymptomatically and is especially virulent when transmitted in close proximity to other people.Although protective measures have been put in place, Looe Sailing Club cannot guarantee your safety from this virus.As a consequence, no fault may be attributed to Looe Sailing Club as a result of death or life changing conditions brought about by COVID-19 infection, which may have been contracted whilst participating in events organised by the club

I confirm that both Helm and Crew or where applicable designated guardian accepts no fault may be attributed to Looe Sailing Club with regard to COVID-19 Infection
