Stargate High School is located in Thornton Colorado, serving students in the surrounding areas of Broomfield, Brighton, Westminster, Thornton, and Northglenn. We are part of the Adams 12 Five Star Schools District.
The Stargate MTB team is coming into our 10th season in 2024. We continue to emphasize fun, safe mountain biking skills. Our team is composed of volunteer coaches, riders of all levels and talents, and we are a coed team. We pride ourselves in our mission, "to provide students that have the desire to mountain bike, the coaching and camaraderie that will help them achieve both competitive and non-competitive cross-country mountain bike goals in a safe and enjoyable manner."
We do not receive any financial support from Stargate School or the Adams 12 School District. We compete in the Colorado High School Mountain Bike League.

Past sponsorships have enabled our team to add to and improve our equipment, including the purchase of team bikes that are shared, purchase of tools, supplies, and other items that support our coaches and riders at practice and at race events.
Sponsorship funds are also available to offset team and league fees for our riders. All sponsorship funds and general donations are tax deductible. We are fortunate and grateful to have our sponsors! We would be honored and would love to include you for our upcoming season.
All riders are required to acquire sponsorship funds, in total of $250, by August 1st (deadline)
Stargate HS MTB Team is not supported by school funding. We are part of Colorado High School Cycling.
