Please fill out this form to register your student for First Reconciliation classes.  There are four First Reconciliation classes that will be held one evening per week beginning in this winter. These classes are separate from Sunday classes and a parent or guardian is asked to stay for the class.  You will be contacted in January with a date for a First Reconciliation parent meeting.  If you have more than one student registering for First Reconciliation, please fill out a separate registration form for each student  There is a $30 registration fee per student.  Please include this sacramental fee with the regular Faith Formation Registration check.  This fee covers expenses associated with First Reconciliation(class materials, retreat, etc.).
