Hello! Thanks for your interest in Name 3 Songs!

Name 3 Songs focuses on examining the music industry under a feminist lens. We talk about stereotypes, double standards and the hardships faced by artists who do not fit into the industry’s expectations. Our episodes are based on critical thinking and education in the hopes of making the music industry a more equitable environment.

This survey is to collect more information from you to understand how we can best work together. Please consider the following before completing your guest application. We look forwarding to hearing your ideas!

1. We are not an interview podcast. Our goals is to have journalists and music industry experts share their knowledge on a specific topic or artist that is discussed within pop culture.
2. We are looking for topics to be pitched in the way you might pitch an article for a publication – it is better to share an overview of a topic than just a headline.
3. Topics should fall under our mission (as stated above.)  
4. We have 70+ episodes. Please take a look through our catalogue to make sure we have not previously discussed the topic you want to submit. (Visit name3songs.com or Name 3 Songs on any podcast platform)
