Opportunity Fund Community Panelist Interest Form
Hello! We are the Opportunity Fund. We award grants for small and mid-sized arts organizations, and organizations and initiatives that advance social and economic justice. Since 2019, we have convened panels of community members who come together to make grant recommendations to the board on a portion of the applications we receive. The perspective and insight of the panelists help us to make smarter, more meaningful grants.

The experience requires a time commitment of about 25 hours total. This includes an orientation (90 min), reading/reviewing approximately 23 proposals on your own time, plus an 8 hour day for the review panel with other panelists. Opportunity Fund gives panelists $750 for their time.
