Per PayPal TOS and multiple laws, we can only accept custom commissions from someone 18+ years old. This form must also be filled out by someone 18+ years old. If you are a minor who would like a product, you must have a legal guardian fill out this form. We will communicate with said guardian throughout the entire ordering process if accepted. 

We do not make anything for ages 5 and under.

Ages 6 -14 We only offer small and medium unclawed gauntlets and tails. 

Ages 15 -17 May be eligible for any size product dependent on their prior submitted measurements. They must be approved prior to application. 

Ages 18+ Get what you want! 

**** Coloring Sheet Info *****
A custom coloring sheet is REQUIRED if you desire any of the following:

1. Premium Colors
2. Laser Etching
3. Spikes
4. Any Patterning that is not a solid color, gradient, or randomized.

If your request meets any of those, you MUST have a coloring sheet submitted for an accurate quote.
