Please complete this form to request to take your exam at our test proctoring center. THE LATEST EXAM TIME AVAILABLE IS 2:30 p.m. AS OUR DEPARTMENT HOURS ARE FROM 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. WEEKDAYS. During final exam week, we have extended hours and adhere to the university's final exam schedule. If you need to schedule a time that's different from the day/time the class is taking the exam, written permission (email to sarcboro@georgiasouthern.edu) from the professor is required. If we are unable to schedule your exam at the requested time, you will be contacted by email. This request does not take the place of notifying your professor about your test being proctored by the SARC. You are still responsible for coordinating your exam with your professor. If you have any questions, please call (912) 478-1566. TESTS AND QUIZZES MUST BE SCHEDULED WITH 3 BUSINESS DAYS' NOTICE.

NOTE: Regarding finals, please request your exam according to the SPRING 2024 FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE.
