Elevate Meeting Space Request Form
We're thrilled to offer Elevate as a resource to nonprofits, community groups and businesses.

To request meeting space, please fill out this form. The Wichita Foundation will determine the availability of the requested room, and a reservation will be made if it is available. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive our Arrival and Check Out Procedures, which you must agree to abide by.

Rooms & Equipment
The conference room is equipped with a Samsung TV, Wi-Fi accessibility and OWL 360 conference camera. You must bring your own computer to project on the TV screen.
  • Capacity: Maximum 30 seated
  • Tables: 10, 30” deep x 60” wide rectangular top, rolling tables
  • Chairs: 30 armless chairs with casters
  • Other: Podium, rolling whiteboard, wireless internet, 85” television with streaming and video conferencing capabilities
