2021-2022 End of Year Survey - WB Families
Hello WB Families  -

As Superintendent, I want to provide you with an opportunity to give the district and our administrative team feedback on the 2021-2022 school year.  THIS SURVEY IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL.  As a district we find it very important to reflect on feedback made by our families.   As educators, we all work to improve each year by reflecting on our past experiences and taking what we have learned to adjust our thinking and practices for the future.  It is important for us to hear your feedback on what has been positive and areas we can look to improve.  We will do our best to incorporate your ideas and suggestions into our planning for the future.

This survey is meant to be anonymous.  We are not collecting emails or information.  All settings in this google form are set to "anonymous" If you would like you can also open a private window for added security and reassurance. In Chrome, go to File > Open Incognito Window and in Firefox, go to File > Open Private Window. This will log you out of Google in that window only, so you will not see your email address at the top.

We are committed to making the 2022-2023 school year great for everyone in the schools.  Therefore we would like to provide you with this opportunity to help by providing information to our educational team to move our school system forward.

We will be reviewing the comments formerly as an administrative team at our administration meeting in early August.  As always, thank you for your input and enjoy your summer!

As Superintendent, I am completing my second year in the position.  In terms of district improvement, it is helpful to hear any positive comments and/or areas you have suggestions for improvement.  This will help with the growth and improvement of the West Bridgewater Public Schools
