About the franklin fellowship

The Franklin Fellowship is a tight-knit community, composed of introspective individuals who come together to inspire one another & to become better leaders, community members, and friends. It is our endeavor to make this community welcoming and inclusive, one in which its participants feel valued, uplifted, and most importantly, like they belong.

The Fellowship is simple: a weekly 2-hour dinner with a 12-person fellowship cohort, led by your fellowship's leaders. Every dinner starts with check-ins, an open space for each member to share anything about their week: what they’re thinking about, what they’re going through, what they’re proud of, or anything else. It’s a space of introspection, vulnerability, reflection, and connection.

As a Franklin Fellow, you will also be joined at several dinners by leaders from a diversity of fields. In the past, we’ve had guests such as the Grammy-Award-winning Parker Quartet, Olympian medalist Gevvie Stone, Boston mayor Michelle Wu, CEO of J.P. Licks Vince Petryk, former president of Harvard Drew Faust, and numerous wonderful professors.

Our community also hosts optional social events, retreats, and workshops for fellows. For more information, please visit franklinfellowship.com or contact us at franklinfellowship@gmail.com.
