Or any other jurisdictions as Covalent determines

2. You certify that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in the program.

3. The selected applicant shall be an independent contractor and shall not be considered an employee, agent, or partner of Covalent.

4. All work, materials, content, and creations produced by the contractor during the engagement with Covalent shall be deemed a "work-for-hire," where the copyright and all other intellectual property rights and moral rights in the work shall be assigned to Covalent by you and belong exclusively to Covalent.

5. You acknowledge and agree that while providing services under these Terms and Conditions, you may access Covalent’s confidential and proprietary information. You shall maintain its confidentiality and only use it to fulfill your duties. This obligation of confidentiality shall continue even after the engagement ends.

6. You acknowledge and consent to adhere to Covalent’s Code of Conduct.
