Which will take the form of a dialogue between our guest:
 
Mr. PAVLO KLIMKIN; Ukrainian Diplomat. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from 2014 to 2019, and currently Director of the Programme on European, Regional and Russian Studies of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future in Kiev. Being previously appointed Department Director for the European Union (2008), Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs during the first government of Mikola Azarov (2010), where he participated actively playing an essential role in the negotiation process of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, as well as Ambassador in-office of Ukraine to Germany (2012).

And Mr. NICOLÁS PASCUAL DE LA PARTE; Ambassador-at-Large for Cybersecurity and Hybrid Threats. He has been Ambassador in charge within the Political and Security Committee (PSC) of the Council of the European Union and Ambassador Representative of Spain in the NATO Council.

Who will ask different questions to our guest following a colloquium scheme, in order to know the opinion of the former minister Klimkin, related to diverse current issues.
