Morning Meditation

7:00am on Saturday, November 11th - 30 minutes

There are many benefits of mindfulness for our body, mind, heart, and spirit. In these fast-paced, distracted, multitasking, 24/7 days, we are often swept away from recognizing what is arising in the present moment.

Please join Dr. Manizeh Mirza-Gruber, M.D., a holistic and integrative psychiatrist, and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher as she leads you through a rejuvenating guided meditation for self-care and mindful presence to begin your day.

No prior experience of meditation or mindfulness is required! Each of you is welcome just as you are. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or cushion.
