The student applying for ministerial aid has given your name as his/her home pastor on an application for ministerial aid from the Board of Ministerial Education. It is our understanding from the applicant that he/she has made a public commitment in the church to a Southern Baptist church-related ministerial vocation. Please complete and submit this form so the student's application may be considered.
