2023 Columbia High School Soccer Summer Camp Registration (High School Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors)
Camp Dates are Monday 8/14/23 through Thursday 8/17/23 from 9am - 1pm. Friday August 18th will be the rain date. In the event of cancellation due to weather, an email will be sent out to the email address(es) you provide below.

**Upon completion of this form, our camp coordinators will send an email to the parent/guardian email listed below with payment instructions (camp fee is $280)** There is a 50% discount for siblings - even if one is in Session 1 (rising 8th and 9th graders) and the other is in this session.

Please reach out to me at rmuirhea@somsd.k12.nj.us if your son would like to participate, however, camp fees are an issue, I will speak with our booster organization to work something out.
