AVA Part-Time (Only) Online Class Request Form: Spring 2024
**THIS FORM IS NOT TO BE USED FOR STUDENTS REQUESTING FULL TIME AVA CLASSES**

The online AVA FLEX application is to be completed by high school student or their parent/guardian(s) wanting to take SUPPLEMENTARY courses for initial credit and/or credit recovery with AVA in addition to their courses at NAHS.  During the school year, part-time students' courses (are built into their schedule as "During the Day" (DTD) or in addition to a full schedule/course load as "Beyond the Day" (BTD)

Registration Dates: December 11th - January 12th

Session Dates: January 3rd - May 24th

Course Drop Date: March 1st

Senior Completion Date: TBD 

Last Day to Enroll in IC (initial credit) and CR (credit recovery) -  April 28th

75% Completion of Course 1; Course 2 Request:  April 26th


Complete all of the fields in this form to request enrollment in online classes.

School counselors will review your request within 3 school days.

School Counselors will email you when you have been registered for your class along the information you need to access and start your online class.

Students can only be enrolled in ONE AVA class at a time. If you need to take another online class this term, when you are 75 percent complete with your current online class contact your counselor or submit another online request by April 28th.
