Join the Akron MakerSpace Board of Directors! We are a group of dedicated individuals working for the success and improvement of AMS and our members. See list below of open positions and those that are up for re-election in 2023. 

Membership Coordinator
This individual keeps the member database up-to-date, issues key cards and helps with recruitment.

Cruise Director
This individual works on member engagement and oversees activities at AMS. They are also the point-of-contact for external events and publish the monthly newsletter. 

At Large Board Member
This is a great position for new members that want to get involved, but aren't sure what projects they'd like to contribute on. Our At Large members act as ad hoc managers and volunteers on projects, assist titled board members and more.
