By filling out this form your business agrees to participate in National Oyster Weekend (Thursday, Aug.5 - Sunday, Aug.8) and:
- Let ORP know about any oyster specials or promotions you're offering during the weekend (e.g. "6 free raw oysters with the purchase of two entrees",  "a free pint with the purchase of a dozen oysters," or "buy one get one free oysters"). If you don't know yet, contact Kaylee Fleury when you decide: kfleury@oysterrecovery.org.
- Make a minimum $100 donation to ORP (or indicate below that you're requesting a participation "scholarship" from Maryland's Best Seafood)
