NOTE:
If your appeal is due to a data entry error between the gradebook and our grade-reporting system, we will likely not require anything further from you.

However, if your appeal is requesting a change of grade that the teacher matched from the gradebook, we will conduct an investigation which may require additional information/evidence (communications, documents, etc...) from you.
