LENS is an EU-Funded project supporting cities and regions to address the noise and pollutant emission challenges of L-Vehicles. The project needs external stakeholders to define accurate requirements for the development of its outcomes and to review results with diverse expertise and points of view.

The aim is to maximise the uptake of the work conducted and provide the best suited tools and recommendations to local authorities.

Data protection and confidentiality

The meetings may be recorded (if previously agreed by all participants) and the most relevant insights will be summarized by the LENS consortium. The information recorded is confidential, and no one else except the research team of LENS will access it.

The information provided (recorded inputs, video sessions…) will be used only for the sole purpose of research. It will be stored in a server owned by POLIS Network for the duration of the project.

Personal information provided will be only accessible to the research team, led by POLIS Network, and no disclosure will be done.

Your participation will not made public. The answers you provide will be anonymized. The anonymized transcripts of opinions and insights may be published in different reports and dissemination material of the project, such as deliverables (public, confidential) and scientific papers.

Your contact information will be collected to keep contact during project duration. Afterwards, it will be incorporated to a file and kept confidential and will only be used for possible contacts in the future for related projects or activities.
