You're probably not wondering why I gathered you here today, as I would hope you know this is Regional Restructuring Working Group sign up sheet (as the title says). 

Jokes aside, this is a very serious topic which needs committed EGEAn's who are willing to not only help draw lines on Europe, but also search through our official documents and help find the necessary changes required to change EGEA from 4 regions to 3 new, flexible, balanced, and resilient ones.
