Complaint Form
Please fill out this form in order to register a complaint about an international media outlet, customer, employer or colleague that did not treat you appropriately or has not followed the principles of ethical journalism (http://fmaturkey.org/five-core-principles/).

When a complaint is filed by an FMA member, a member(s) of the FMA board will discuss the issue with them and initiate contact with the subject of the complaint as necessary to resolve it. Data on all complaints will be collected and if legitimate complaints are received from various people (including non-members) regarding the same individual or organisation we may publish (public) warnings about them.
