Cutoff: 2 attempts to get < 2:30.00
Time limit: 4:00.00 per solve
Additional regulations: Normal speedsolving regulations apply (including 15 seconds of inspection).
Note that competitors in FTO are still responsible for judging, running, or scrambling when they are not competing in the same way as competitors in official events.
