*Submitting this form does not mean the Morty's Cafe Food Truck is officially reserved for your event. The manager will be in contact with you to get details finalized and to get your event officially scheduled on our calendar.

Things to know before reserving the food truck:
- There is a $400.00 minimum in a 3-hour period. If this minimum is not met the difference can be made up with a purchase of Morty's Cafe gift cards.
- You will work with the general manager to figure out a menu that is right for your event.
- We require at least 10 days notice before your event to schedule the food truck.
