Fee

£30 (this includes one gazebo, one table and chairs)

The day will start welcoming visitors at 12-5pm 

You will be able to access the area from 10am to set up.

Parking and access

We do not have parking at the venue, however there is some street parking in the area. This may be extremely busy so please allow extra time to unload safely. Vendors will not be able to take vehicles into the park. 

The stalls will be located in front of the amphitheatre which can be seens for the Victoria Road entrance of Queens Park. 

Payments

Please ensure you have your own float and payment systems set up, cash machines can be found on Victoria Road if required. 

WiFI

There will be no wifi access at this event so please ensure card readers can be operated using mobile data.

Covid-19 safety

As this is an entirely outdoor event we will not be asking vendors or customers to wear masks.

Table Allocation 

Although we try our best to accommodate individual requests, we can not always promise to grant specific requests on table location. 

Table decorations and requirements

All stands are required to bring their own displays and equipment, with electricals being battery powered.  We will be providing one table and two chairs per table, unless stated otherwise by vendors. We do not supply clothing rails however you are welcome to bring one of your own.

Table dimensions

Tables are roughly; depth: 182cm by length: 68cm however this may vary slightly depending on the tables we have on the day.

Weather

As this is an outdoor event, make sure you check the weather in advance and bring appropriate clothing. All outdoor tables will be covered with a gazebo!

Cancellation Policy 

In the instance that we have to cancel the event you will receive a full refund. All bookings are final, in the instance where a vendor cancels we can not guarantee a reschedule or refund.
