What is your field of STEM?
Would you like to book a room on campus? Single bed dorm rooms with private bathrooms as well as 2, 3, and 4-bed apartments are available at $54 per night. You will be notified via the email provided in this form once room booking becomes available.

Would you prefer a single or shared suite? If shared, who would you like to share with?

By default, rooms will be booked for May 2 and 3. If you will be staying a different set of days (arriving early, leaving late, etc) please provide the date range.

Please use the following link to pay registration ($50) and meal fees ($100). Your meal fee covers dinner on May 2, all meals on May 3, and breakfast on May 4.
