Please fill out this form if you would like to arrange materials pick up on Saturday, May 9, 2020, or Sunday, May 10, 2020. Materials are in the K-8 Gym, which is accessible from the K-8 entry off 5th street. The door will be open at 8:30 a.m., and the entry will be unlocked until 1:00 p.m.  All materials are labeled with student name and, where appropriate, locker number. We ask that you practice appropriate social distancing and safety precautions when getting materials. This includes staying 6 feet apart from non-household members, wearing gloves, and wearing a face covering. Once again. at 1:00 p.m. each day the entry will be re-locked. Also, please note we have video monitoring of all entryways and the K-8 gym.

This form will accept 200 responses, so if you're interested in these dates fill it out soon. We are limiting to 200 families a day to help promote appropriate distancing and lower foot traffic congestion. We feel this is safer for everyone.
