Our reopening plan was recently published for review.  With this in mind, and as the beginning of the upcoming school year for students quickly approaches we must make plans for the overall instructional needs of all our students.  If you have not completed this form, we need your final decision regarding the desired format for the instruction to be provided to your child(ren).  This decision must be made and submitted back to our school system no later than Monday, July 27th at 12 midnight.  Please feel free to call the school your child(ren) will be attending in the fall if you need further assistance or have any questions.  

School Format Choices include:
1.  Traditional Format:  Students attend school face to face five days a week.
2.  Online Format: Students remain at home and receive instruction in an online environment five days per week..
