Dear friends,

Solidarités Jeunesses is organising a webinar on Group Dynamics and Motivation in Intercultural Youth Groups in the framework of the KA2 project GO TEENs (Go with Teenagers' Engagement and Empowerment through Networking).

During this webinar we will:
- experience how to create a group dynamics specifically in an intercultural youth group;
- understand how we can value the diversity of identities present in the group in order to create the conditions for learning and collaboration;
- be able to trigger and maintain motivation for a project in intercultural youth groups
- discuss how to identify each young person's resources to create a dynamics of collaboration that maintains motivation to reach a goal.

The webinar is going to take place on the 25th of November at 14:00 UTC +2 (Paris time) and will last between 45 and 60 minutes. If you want to participate in it, please fill in this form so that we could send you a zoom link a few days before.
