Assemble Breakfast Bags for Elderly   - MLK Day, Monday Jan. 18, 2021
Please help older people who are struggling with food insecurity, especially during this Pandemic, during this critical time of need. We are collecting breakfast bags to be distributed to participants of ElderNet of Lower Merion- Narberth. Assemble your bag and drop it off at Beth Am Israel on MLK day from 8:30am-3pm (1301 Hagys Ford Rd, Penn Valley) and we'll take it to ElderNet, or you may take it directly to Elder Net  Food Pantry at 9 North Bryn Mawr Avenue in Bryn Mawr next door to the Ludington Library, any day from 9-4:30.

If you know of another organization accepting food for seniors who are struggling, feel free to offer bags of food to them as well.

Hunger doesn't happen just one day a year. Consider offering support throughout the year too.

Suggested items for Breakfast Bags include:
Fresh oranges or clementine
Granola bags, or bars
Small instant coffee or packets
Tea bags
Instant oatmeal packets
Nutri grain bars
Or other things that will fit in your bag that will not perish

And if you are so inclined how about adding a personal holiday card?

If you intend to drop off your breakfast bag at Beth Am Israel on MLK day, please let us know by registering below.
