NAMBE jobs application form
Interested in learning more about semiconductors and quantum materials? Interested in a part time job at the start of the semester? We are looking for help in two roles at the North American Molecular Beam Epitaxy Conference, Sept 16-20 at Monona Terrace:

1. Registration desk (mornings). Responsibilities will include: greet attendees, process pre-registered and on-site registration, answer general questions.

2. Logistics coordination (mornings and afternoons). Responsibilities: monitor timeline, ensure that the next events are proceeding as planned, post signage, and interface with A/V, catered meals, exhibitors, and Monona Terrace staff.

Pay will be $12-15/hr depending on experience. Outside of your shifts you are invited to attend the conference.

What is molecular beam epitaxy (MBE)? It's the method of choice for synthesizing semiconductor materials and devices like lasers, transistors, photodetectors, and spintronic devices, and for discovering new materials like high temperature superconductors and topological materials.
