CIU 20 Non-CPETracker Workshop & Networking Registration Form
Please complete a Non-CPETracker form for each workshop or networking meeting that you are planning to attend. There is a $20 fee (in addition to any registration fees) for each individual workshop or meeting if you are requesting CIU 20 to award Act 48 hours and/or provide verification of attendance.

Workshop & Networking Meeting registration deadlines are one week prior to the session date. We are not able to accept registrations past the session registration deadline.
