Relationships: All life is a relationship! In simple terms, there are two categories of relationships: internal; how you feel with yourself, how you nurture the relationship with yourself and your higher-self, and external; how you relate, support, and interact with those people in your environment.
How would you evaluate your internal relationship and what steps could you take to cultivate it? *
How would you evaluate your external relationships? *
Your Personal Value System: We each have a value system composed of core and supporting values. Core values (about 4 to 6) are those which form the foundation of our personal belief system. Supporting values support core values.
What are your core and supporting values? Please list them here.  (There are no wrong answers.) *
