* Exhibitor is responsible for all the expenses incurred. Please add the handling fee HKD$65 to the total payment.

* Please remember that is Exhibitors own responsibility for your own banking admin and transferring fees, if any outstanding amount remains on your account after transfer, we will contact you for the settlement and small amounts will be collected from you at the show.

Terms of Agreement
I (The Exhibitor) wish to lease a table at The Mineral Show 2019 and agree to abide by the organizer's exhibition identification rules and related regulations.
If there is any violation the exhibitor is responsible for all losses and will not receive any refund on any payments made nor compensation for any other expenses or losses.
All exhibitors must leave all furniture and fittings made available to them in the condition in which they found them. The cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items will be charged to the exhibitor.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods and their own insurance covering all risks, including cover for all exhibited objects, all their belongings and third party liability;  no secure storage is available at the show, although the show center is locked overnight. TMS and the organizing team WILL NOT TAKE any responsibility for all loss, theft, injury or damage.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own table clothes, also any additional extra equipment installation / display case / lighting systems MUST be approved by the organizer, without the approval confirmation, the organizer have the right to charge each item as per single exhibition table price or to refuse permission for the equipment to be at the show.
