10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

10:30 - 10:45 a.m. check-in

11 - 11:15 a.m. warm-up

11:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. -> starts & turns / short-axis stroke

1 - 3:00 p.m. -> mock meet

$75/participant
