The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce is working hard to support the local workforce in several ways. The Chamber offers professional development opportunities through the Lunch & Learn Series. The Chamber connects local businesses with education entities to ensure skills being taught in the classroom translate to the job site. Through the Youth Leadership Program, high school students are learning key leadership skills and the Student Training and Exploration Program guides high schoolers through the process of choosing a career path and reaching their goals.  Your responses below will help us connect Chamber members to workforce development initiatives.
