I understand that it is important for my team to be familiar with the information found in the Kit Usage part of the Rules Document, a copy of which is given to my team at Kickoff and which is available on the BEST Robotics, Inc. website. *
I understand that the exact parts within Returnables Kit I was loaned are to be returned – undamaged, unpainted, unmodified – to Front Range BEST before my team leaves the final competition, unless my team receives an approved extension (using the FRBEST 2019 Request for Extended Loan of the Returnable Kit form). *
I understand that the parts entrusted to me are expensive, and that replacements are likely not available if we damage or destroy them while they are entrusted to my team. *
I understand that my school will be invoiced for any missing or irreparably damaged part(s) once the Kit has been inspected after the final competition or extended loan period is over. *
