Hello! Thanks for ordering lamb from our farm. After you fill out this order request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. 2022 pricing is $8/lb hanging (this includes trim and bones) plus abbatoir fees ($50) and cut and wrap fees ($60) from The Butcher on Raceway. If you would prefer to make your own arrangements just let us know. Our lambs weigh between 20 lbs and 45 lbs and we sell whole lamb and sides (half a lamb). Typical cuts include
2 Leg Roasts, 2 Racks of Lamb, Loin Chops, 1 Shoulder Roast, Shoulder Chops, Shanks, Ribs, Stew, Soup Bones, Organs, Trim (fat). Lambs come cut & wrapped frozen straight from the butcher. A large whole lamb requires two paper shopping bags’ worth of freezer space.
We require a $50 deposit for each whole lamb ordered and this can be e-transferred to gallantlaurie@gmail.com. Lambs are sold on a first come, first serve basis and are limited. This year we have a total of 25 lambs to sell and they will be ready from mid-November to mid-December.
