Dear Region 8 Section Chair, OpCom member, Committee of R8 Chair, or invited guests, 

This form called Registration shall be completed when you purchase your flight ticket to provide us the arrival and departure times at/from the venue, needed for the hotel rooming list and social events organization. If you are Section Chair and not attending, you don't need to complete these forms. Please delegate you vote to a Section representative (alternate) and forward the link of this Google Form to him/her.

Please note that the deadline for registration is Friday, 16 August 2024!

Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions between IEEE and you when you register for any event or conference organized by IEEE. By registering for an event or conference organized by IEEE you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register. Registration fees: Region 8 covers the expenses only for the R8 Committee members and global IEEE guests invited by the R8 Director. Additional Section representatives and other IEEE members are allowed to attend the meeting provided they register and pay a registration fee that covers the costs of: hotel meeting room PAX (including lunches on Saturday and Sunday), the Welcome Reception on Friday, the sightseeing tour and the Gala Dinner on Saturday. The registration fee is $500 for attendees and $400 for their companions.
