It is expected that a parent will volunteer some time or talent to this production. Please complete the below form and turn it in by January 26, 2024.

There are 3 choices:

*Tech Week and Show Day Volunteer Opportunities*:
Volunteering for a few rehearsals or performances. Only commitment is on the signed up days. A volunteer committee chair will contact you with details regarding roles and responsibilities. Space for some of these jobs is limited. You may be moved to another area if there is a need. You may assist with navigating John Carroll's Campus. The nights that you volunteer, you may not have the option to see the show. Please plan accordingly. There are no comp tickets for volunteering.

*Committees Volunteer Opportunities*:
The Committees will meet and prepare for the production between January through  March, making sure things go smoothly. Larger commitment then above. We will provide details about what is expected and what each committee will handle. Areas include: Cast Party, Stargrams, Concessions, Tickets, Costumes, Advertising/Sponsorships/Publicity, Volunteers, Raffles/Donations, Set Building.

*Donation Opportunities*:
Please indicate if you wish to donate. A volunteer committee chair will contact you to coordinate donations, so we receive a balance of items.
